Die Verfilmung mit Leonardo di Caprio hat sich sehr gut an das Buch gehalten. Das Englisch war gut zu lesen. Die Charaktere bis auf Nick und Gatsby waren oberflächlich und arrogant und ich hatte nur durch das Lesen bereits eine Abneigung ihnen gegenüber.
